The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the action. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach and the town centre, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer. Despite being so close to everything, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside the hotel, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are top-notch, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

I really enjoyed very amiable and welcoming personnel that ensures guests have a good stay. The breakfast is substantial and rich with orange juice and toast, for example, has everything you need.
Poor breakfast, it should be far better.

We appreciated staying 3 nights here. Everything was very comfortable, the hotel was original. The location of the venue was convenient - within walking distance of Blackpool County Court. It was set in a fairly quiet area.

Fantastic, lovely location near to central Blackpool, Winter Gardens and the beachfront, tower and shops. Substantial breakfast with sausage and jams, for example, worth to decide on it.

Great location, close to attractions. Spacious room with shampoo and shower gel provided. Breakfast had good variety and delicious options. Friendly staff who reserved a comfortable table for us. a fantastic value for money stay.

Great value B&B with a delicious breakfast to start the day. Short walk to the town center for convenience. The owners, Barry and Veronique, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The shower was a bit tricky to adjust the temperature, fluctuating between hot and cold.
